Bluesky... without Bluesky

What if we could use Bluesky without touching any Bluesky servers? What about if we avoided touching their code, entirely?

the non-bsky atmosphere is still small but it's not shrinking

weekly active non-bluesky users (with data updates)

a sad decay for the first half, then a very large short spike, then fast growth toward the atmosphereconf week. after that it's pretty steady and holds high with slight growth, with two recent outlier weeks much higher.

lexicon groups with >10 weekly active users

steady growth from ~30 to ~75 by atmosphereconf. post-conf it accelerated a bit: we're just shy of 150 now.

It’s results day! Kids: I performed massively under expectations on my A-levels, took a year out to work two jobs, cry in the toilets, and save no money because I drank and smoked it all, then went to uni so i could drop out, move in with a couple of transsexuals, and transition.

This post just popped up on my Facebook from a page with tens of thousands of followers.

Behind the black box are the names of 10 children the OP is alleging to be trans. The post also include photos of all 10 children, and the name of the schools they attend.

They’re now doxxing minors.

anyone else remember the stranger things 3 ARG from 2019 where the marketing company running it built the whole game part in react in the terminal and exposed it over telnet*? I do (and wish I didn’t)

*pretty sure it was telnet not ssh but it was 7 years ago
